Overview
Nusio is a trading name of PT NUSA INTERNASIONAL ORIZON (business identification number / NIB 0407260048877), an Indonesian company operating a Bali tourist eSIM service that provides Indonesian mobile connectivity to international visitors. These Terms govern your use of the Nusio website and the purchase of eSIM products. Service is delivered on the Telkomsel network through authorized local partners; Nusio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telkomsel.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an eSIM. You must hold a valid passport and provide accurate identity information as required under Indonesian telecommunications regulations.
Payments and Pricing
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Display prices in other currencies (USD, AUD, EUR, SGD) are approximate and for reference only. The final charge will always be in IDR. Payments are processed by Midtrans.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Indonesian law requires identity verification for mobile number registration. We collect your passport details solely for this purpose. Data is stored securely and retained for 90 days after your plan expires, as required by regulation.
