We collect only the data necessary to provide and support the Bali eSIM service. This includes:
- Name, email address, and WhatsApp number (for order management and support)
- Arrival date and time (for QR delivery scheduling)
- Passport details and selfie (required for Indonesian mobile number registration)
- Device IMEI and phone model (required for eSIM provisioning)
How We Use Your Data
- Fulfilling your eSIM order and activating your plan
- Complying with Indonesian telecommunications regulations (KYC)
- Sending order updates and QR delivery via email
- Providing customer support via WhatsApp
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or regulation.
KYC Data and Storage
Your passport image, selfie, and IMEI screenshots are stored in a private, access-controlled storage system. These files are never accessible via public URLs. Staff access is granted only through time-limited secure links for the purpose of identity verification.
KYC data is retained for 90 days after your plan expires or your order is cancelled, as required by Indonesian regulation. After this period, KYC files are eligible for deletion.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to understand aggregate site usage. No personal data is transmitted to analytics services. If you arrived via a referral link, a short-lived cookie is set to attribute your purchase to the referring partner.
Your Rights
