Overview
Nusio operates a Bali tourist eSIM service, providing Indonesian mobile connectivity to international visitors. These Terms govern your use of the Nusio website and the purchase of eSIM products.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an eSIM. You must hold a valid passport and provide accurate identity information as required under Indonesian telecommunications regulations.
Payments and Pricing
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Display prices in other currencies (USD, AUD, EUR, SGD) are approximate and for reference only. The final charge will always be in IDR. Payments are processed by Xendit.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Indonesian law requires identity verification for mobile number registration. We collect your passport details and a selfie solely for this purpose. Data is stored securely and retained for 90 days after your plan expires, as required by regulation.
